We want every DreamPod to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Here’s how our shipping works.
1. Delivery Areas
We ship across South Africa, including major cities and outlying areas.
Some remote locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed once payment reflects.
Processing usually takes 1–2 working days before dispatch.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery generally takes:
• 2–5 working days for major cities
• 3–7 working days for outlying or rural areas
Please note:
Delays may occur during peak times, severe weather, courier issues, or load-shedding disruptions.
4. Shipping Partners
We use trusted couriers in South Africa such as Aramex and others depending on your area.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
From time to time, we may offer special free-shipping promotions.
6. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us, re-delivery fees may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos or videos.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details.
You can follow your parcel’s journey in real time.
9. Pre-Orders
If you place a pre-order, your item will ship once stock arrives. Estimated arrival times will be shown on the product page.
