Returns & Refunds Policy – DreamPod

We want you and your child to love your DreamPod. If there’s ever a problem, we’re here to help. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:
• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong item was delivered
• There is a manufacturing fault

To be eligible, items must be:
• In original condition
• With all parts and accessories included
• Reported within 7 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect installation
• Damage caused by misuse, force, or not following instructions
• Wear and tear from normal use

2. How to Request a Return
Email us with:
• Your order number
• Photos or videos of the issue
• A short description of the problem

Our team will review your request within 1–2 working days.

3. Approved Returns
If your return is approved:
• We will arrange collection or provide return instructions
• The product must be securely packaged for safe transport
• Once received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome

4. Refunds
Refunds may be issued if:
• A manufacturing defect is confirmed
• The product cannot be repaired or replaced
• We delivered the wrong item and cannot correct it

Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect.

5. Replacements
If the item is found to be faulty or damaged on arrival, we will replace it at no extra cost.
If the color you ordered is out of stock, you may choose a different color or request a refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been heavily used, soiled, or altered.

7. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the return policy applies.
